Eligible Countries

Beneficiaries of FIRST assistance are low-and middle-income countries eligible for IBRD loans or IDA credits.

A list of IBRD, IDA and blend* countries is available on the World Bank website.

*Blend Countries countries are those eligible to borrow from the IDA because they have low per person incomes, as well as from the IBRD because they are financially creditworthy.
